Cherokee Garden in Tahlequah, Oklahoma

Jack-in-the-Pulpit-Tahlequah

Cherokee Heritage Garden-Tahlequah, Oklahoma

Last week was an exciting time for us.    We were able to take some special  Georgia Cherokee plants to share with others in Oklahoma.    Pat Gwin and Kathryn Boyden from the Cherokee Nation Natural Resource Dept, are planting “Jack in the Pulpit”.     Tony also donated eight other perennials:  Yellow Root, Sunchokes, Wild Ginger, Heartleaf Ginger, Black Cohosh, Golden Seal, and Skullcap.    If you would like to more information about our trip to Oklahoma, go to youtube.com and in the search bar-type in Cherokee Plant Donation and the the video should be the first one on the page.
